Glen-Forest Tourist Park
Just 15 minutes drive from Port Lincoln, lets you wander among the animals - you can even feed some along the way. There are baby animals for the children to feed and cuddle. Animals include koalas, dingos, kangaroos, wombats, sheep, goats, emus, camels, horses, cows, water buffalos, Babe the Pig, ostriches, ducks, peacocks and a walk-in bird aviary. There's a free barbeque, undercover eating area, and kiosk. There's also the 'Animal Run' mini golf.
Coff 'n Putt Adventure Golf, Coffin Bay
This is not your average mini golf. Coff 'n Putt is a marine themed 18 hole mini golf course that is a real challenge. It frustrates the serious golfer, makes the non-golfer laugh and creates serious competition for groups and families. Set among landscaped gardens, with holes going by names such as The Jetty Volcano, Tiger Shark, The Pipeline and Lighthouse. Par is 48 and to date no one has broken par. Open seven days from 10am during summer.
Whyalla Leisure Centre
Enjoy a 25 metre indoor heated swimming pool, squash and racquetball courts and more at the Whyalla Leisure Centre. Relax in the spa and sauna. For the children, there's a wading pool, playpool and waterslide.
Steel City Bowl, Whyalla
Enjoy a game of ten pin bowling at Steel City Bowl. With fully automated electronic scoring and pop up bumpers, this is an activity the whole family can enjoy. The building also features an eye catching bowling themed mural. Find it at 103 Essington Lewis Avenue, Whyalla. Open seven days.
Civic Park Skate Park, Whyalla
This facility consists of a skate park and a dirt bike jump track alongside and existing skate bowl, ideal skate boarding, roller-blading and bike riding. There's also a half and full size basketball court.
Cuttlefish, Whyalla
Every year between May and August, thousands of Giant Australian Cuttlefish descend on the rocky coastline between Fitzgeral
d Bay and False Bay near Whyalla. These amazing 'chameleons of the sea' are one of the largest species of cuttlefish found in the world; and can reach up to 60cm in length and weigh up to 5 kilograms. There is the opportunity to dive or snorkel with the cuttlefish under the supervision of professional and experienced dive operators located in Whyalla offering you one of the most amazing experiences of your life.

Arno Bay Mangrove Boardwalk
The Mangrove Boardwalk is 700 metres long and designed to showcase the diverse and pristine beauty of the Arno Bay Estuary. The wheelchair accessible boardwalk winds through dense mangroves, mudflats, samphire with grass habitats, over small tributaries, along side the main esturay waterway and also highlights a sandy habitat area coverd with native pines. Ideal for swimming, fishing, picnic or just exploring.
Close Up Tuna Tours, Port Lincoln
Adventure Bay Charters has created a commercial size tuna farm with floating platform conveniently located within minutes of the Port Lincoln Marina. Swimming with Southern Bluefin Tuna in a safe and supervised environment is something you will never forget. Fishing at Locks Wells, Elliston
Locks Well is the famous Salmon surf fishing beach and is a special place for the keen angler. Many a tale has been told of the triumphs of this beach. For many years, Locks Well was a rugged climb for anglers hauling their catch up to the car park. Nowadays the modern fisherman has access to a 283 step staircase. A lookout offers panoramic view of the rugged coastline of the Eyre Peninsula.
Swim with Sea-lions and Dolphins, Baird Bay
This is ocean tourism at its best and highly recommended by many national and international visitors. Unfed, untrained and in naturally wild conditions, the 'puppy dogs of the sea' choose on their own accord to interact with you. Play comes naturally as the sea-lions entice you into their world of water, where they dive and swim with you as if you are one of them. These swims are fully supervised and there is no set age limit on persons entering the water.
