Glenelg Tram
The Glenelg Tram takes you from Adelaide (North Terrace) to one of South Australia's most popular seaside destinations, Glenelg.
Until January 2006, vintage H-class tram cars provided all services on the Glenelg tram line. Since that time, they've been joined by a fleet of modern trams that operate the tram service.
Glenelg is certainly a destination worth travelling to. Apart from its sandy beach, it offers a fabulous dining and shopping strip, Jetty Road. There's also Adelaide's newest amusement complex, The Beachouse, Temptation Sailing dolphin cruises, and relaxed outdoor activities in and around Moseley Square.
The tram also travels north-west of the city providing a direct link the the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
