The Barossa Valley Cheese Company opened its doors in 2003 in the idyllic town of Angaston, rapidly claiming it's place in the region's celebrated wine and food culture. The range includes cow and goat milk cheeses, with Victoria McClurg and her team always seeking innovative ideas and refining traditional methods in cheesemaking.
