Pichi Richi Railway rides
All aboard the Afghan Express or the Pichi Richi Explorer for a charming rail journey through the glorious Flinders Ranges! The Pichi Richi Railway operates between Quorn and Port Augusta. Trains use steam locomotives or historic diesels and genuine timber-body carriages up to 115 years old.
Wirrabara Producers Market
Held on the third Sunday morning of each month
Discover the produce of the Flinders Ranges, at this producers-only market. Items available range from fresh and dried fruit and meats to superb olive oils and baked goods. Garden plants and local woodwork, as well as live poultry can also be found. Open Sunday: 8.30am - 12pm.
