Surfing
Adelaide
South Australia's capital is a city by the sea. Adelaide boasts 30 kilometres of sandy beaches, some only a 15 minute drive from the city centre. The metropolitan coast begins at the tip of Le Fevre Peninsula and popular beaches include Glenelg, Brighton, Seacliff and Hallett Cove. Great for windsurfers, kitesurfers and bodyboarders, they're a little too sheltered for serious surfers.
