Innes National Park
Innes National Park is located on the south-west tip of Yorke Peninsula and showcases some of the most spectacular coastal
scenery that you're ever likely to experience on holiday.
Striking beaches greet you - from the rugged cliffs of Ethel Beach to the expanse of West Cape and the beautiful bays of Dolphin and Shell Beaches.
See the various Yorke Peninsula islands including Chinaman's Hat and discover some of the interpretive trails, camping grounds, heritage accommodation and diverse range of flora and fauna.
Innes is a particularly famous surfing destination with world-class breaks to surf. South Australia's most prestigious surfing event, the Cutloose Yorke's Surfing Classic, is held in Innes National Park every October long weekend.
Surf spots here include Chinaman's, Ethel Wreck, West Cape, Pondalowie Bay and Richards. See the Yorke Peninsula surfing pages for more details. You can also read more about Innes National Park on our National Park pages.
