Nature
Swim in crystal clear waters, watch dolphins frolic from the shore, walk along our nature trails or picnic on secluded South Australian beaches. On Yorke Peninsula, you'll find bushwalks, clifftop and shoreline rambles, geology trails and a wonderful collection of wildlife to explore during your holiday.
Innes National Park is a highlight. There's a very good chance you’ll encounter some of the park's curious wildlife. Western Grey Kangaroos, Emus and a diversity of bird life live there including Malleefowl, White-bellied Sea-Eagles and Ospreys.
You can also observe several species of terns, Black-faced Cormorants and a colony of Little Penguins at Troubridge Island Conservation Park. Read on for more nature highlights on the unspoilt Yorke Peninsula.
