After opening its doors in 2003 in the idyllic town of Angaston, Barossa Valley Cheese Company rapidly claimed its place in the region’s celebrated wine and food culture. The range now includes 14 different styles of cheese and includes cheeses made from cow and goat milk.
Company founder and head cheese-maker Victoria McClurg and her team are always seeking innovative ideas and refining traditional methods in cheese-making.
