Four Day Indigenous Cultural Experience

Travel to the Northern Flinders Ranges where the horizons stretch to eternity, and immerse yourself in a "truely" unique indigenous cultural experience. Feel the spiritual beauty of the bush while you learn about the history and culture of the local Adnyamathanha people. Have dinner under the desert sky while sitting around the campfire and enjoy the star-filled sky as you sleep in cosy swags.

Ten Day Tribal Trek - Adelaide to Alice Springs

Travel into the Flinders Ranges and visit Yourambulla painting site before heading to Parachilna Gorge to take a bike ride. Spend two nights with an indigenous community in the Gammon Ranges. Make your own boomerang, eat bush tucker, have your face painted and listen to cultural stories and songs. Explore the Oodnadatta Track. Swim in thermal springs, walk the salt pans of South Lake Eyre and visit William Creek Pub. Search for opal in Cooper Pedy and sleep underground like the locals do. Camp in the bush, collect firewood and cook dinner on an open fire. Continue the adventure on the back of a camel, catch a scenic helicopter flight, hike Kings Canyon and swim in the Garden of Eden. Enjoy dinner watching the spectacular colour changes over Uluru and sunrise breakfast at Kata Tjuta. Walk through the Valley of the Winds, visit the cultural centre at Uluru and cool down at the local swimming pool. Watch the sunrise and discover the many different views of Uluru as we walk around the base. Drive to Alice Springs and finish our truly terrific Tribal Trek with a delicious dinner.

Departs second Sunday of the month from October to April.

Five Day Lake Eyre Tour

Travel through the Flinders Ranges, spending two nights at Angorichina Village in Parachilna Gorge. Enjoy a bush walk along Blinman Creek to the waterfalls and rock pools.

Then we drive the Oodnadatta track and take in the history of the original Ghan railway line, and take a dip in Coward Springs along the way. Camp under the stars on Anna Creek Station at William Creek and wake up early for a scenic flight over Lake Eyre. Venture underground for a mine tour and take in the sights of Coober Pedy, dine out at the local Greek restaurant, and sleep underground like the locals.

Journey home along the Stuart Highway, stopping to walk on the salt pan of Lake Hart, and lunching in Port Augusta before arriving back in Adelaide.

Operates: Monday 8 November, Saturday 4 December, and Monday 13 December.
