Flinders Gin is a family run, hyperlocal distillery based in Quorn, gateway to South Australia's stunning Flinders Ranges.
Alby Trotta, the Master Distiller makes his own spirit, triple distils it with a curated selection of botanicals, then hand pours every bottle. That way, tradition is followed, and quality is assured.
The pristine flavours of the Flinders Ranges are found in locally sourced native botanicals which are the heroes of this brand.
The distillery, based in the family's home, 1890s stables, is open by appointment only for small groups of up to 8 people at a time, with tastings, cellar door sales and discussion with the distiller all a part of this experience.
