Tour highlights include Port Germein. Wadlata Outback Centre, Port Augusta. Lunch in historic Quorn. Yourambulla Caves to see ancient Aboriginal paintings. Stay two nights at the Wilpena Pound Resort (optional scenic flight available at own expense). Mount Chambers Gorge to see ancient Aboriginal engravings and learn about the social history of the land from the Adnyamathanha people. Visit the Prairie Hotel, Parachilna or the Wild Lime Cafe, Blinman. Travel through the scenic Brachina and Bunyeroo Gorges. Free time to explore Wilpena Pound. Visit Arkaroo Rock to see ancient Aboriginal paintings and hear an Adnyamathanha Dreaming story. Visit historic Hawker and the Wilpena Panorama Gallery to see a magnificent 360 degree painting of Wilpena Pound, Return to Adelaide.
