In the heart of the Barossa you’ll find Hentley Farm, which opened a new restaurant in autumn. Dine in the property’s beautifully restored stables overlooking the vineyard. Embrace a range of flavours matched to distinctive wines. The Discovery Menu is the ultimate long lunch, with daily dishes and restaurant staples. Those with a little less time can opt for the du jour menu, which features four dishes selected by Hentley Farm’s chefs.
